Student Experience receives an award for 'The most distinguished project'

This event gathers collaborators such as ACCIONA, El Corte Inglés and Repsol, and focuses on technology and innovation in energy efficiency as the driving force for the property sector.

Our Property Manager, Pablo Canca Pedraza, received the award on behalf of Student Experience for its brand-new location in Madrid Pozuelo, set to open in March 2023.

For this project, Student Experience partnered up with LG to implement their air conditioning solutions and domestic hot water production, providing comfort and well-being for its residents in a sustainable way. Dual Sensing control of humidity and temperature acts as an energy saver and heat recovery for sanitary hot water production as an energy recovery. Residents can select the operating mode of their comfort for the studio.
