To be eligible for a studio, register first. This allows you to respond to available studios immediately when they become available.
You'll get an e-mail notification whenever we have a studio available that matches your preferences.

Good to know:

• You are eligible for a studio if you are 16 or older and enrolled at an educational institution;
• Equal chances for everyone: that's our goal. Are you registering with several e-mail addresses to increase your chances of getting a studio? Then you will be removed from the system automatically.

Once you have registered, you can immediately respond to the available studios. The studio advertisement contains more information about the studio and the deadline for response.

After you have responded to a studio, you can find it in 'my response overview' in the service portal. Once the deadline is over, the studio will disappear from your response overview. You can respond to multiple available studios at the same time. 

When the reaction time has expired, a candidate will be selected using an automatic draw. You will receive an e-mail if (and only when) you are selected.

After you are selected, we will create a contract for you. You will have two days to review your contract and floor plans and upload your proof of enrollment. Also, you must schedule an introductory meeting on-site, by phone or FaceTime. The introductory meeting must take place within 48 hours. During this appointment, we will explain what we expect from residents and what you can expect from us. It is also the perfect time to ask us all your questions.

At the latest, 24 hours after the introductory meeting, you must indicate online whether you want to accept or decline the studio. Accepting can be done by signing the contract online.

Complete the first payment and schedule your check-in via your service portal. You are welcome seven days a week, from the first day of your contract. Our duty manager will welcome you at the reception and accompany you to your studio. Check if everything is in order in your studio, and let the best time of your life begin!

If you study in Spain, you can book a studio straight away. You select a studio yourself in the studio selector; the studio advertisement contains more information. Once you book a studio, it is yours right away.

We will draw up a contract. You can check out the contract and floor plan of the studio in your service portal. 

You must schedule an appointment within 5 days for an introductory meeting on-site, by phone or FaceTime. We’ll explain what we expect from residents and what you can expect from us. It’s also the perfect time for you to ask us all of your questions.

• Upload your proof of  enrollment;
• View the contract and the floor plan; 
• Accept and sign the contract online.

Now all that's left to do is check-in! Complete the first payment and schedule your check-in via your service portal. You are welcome seven days a week from 09:00 to 19:00. Our duty manager will welcome you to hand over the key to your studio. Check if everything is in order in your studio, and let the best time of your life begin!
