Granada.

Your studio in Granada is fully furnished for your comfort. We created a cozy nook to watch TV, read a book, or Facetime your parents. We've also prepared a kitchen, bathroom, and linen set and have already made your bed. All you have to do is unpack your suitcase.

Studio prices

We like to keep things simple, so we offer straightforward, all-inclusive prices for contracts for the academic year '26/'27.

Prices are valid from 01/03/2026. Did you book a studio for the academic year '25/'26? Then, your price may be different. Check the prices for 25/26 here.

The price includes:

• 27/4 access with an electronic card.
• VAT and (municipal) taxes.
• Use of electricity, water, and WiFi.
• Cleaning service of your studio (every two weeks).

• Parking in the underground parking garage (upon availability).

• Access to the facilities: a gym, a rooftop padel court, a swimming pool (during summer), study rooms, and other common areas. 

• Access to all events organized on location.

Other fees  

Upon booking, you'll be requested to pay a €  100 down payment. This payment is required to reserve your studio; otherwise, someone else can still book it for themselves. This fee is non-refundable but will be deducted from your first month's payment.

After signing your contract, the payment for your first month will appear in your account. This payment must be completed before the start date of your contract.

The first payment includes:

• Your first month’s studio fee
• A €50 reservation fee
• A deposit of € 1.000 for a private studio, or € 600 per person for a shared studio

Other fees that are not included in the monthly price:  

• Costs for washing and drying 
• Meal plans and individual meals at DO EAT!  

Meal plan

The location has a restaurant: DO EAT! You can eat at the restaurant whenever you want, or select a meal plan of choice for your convenience.

*Studio types 2 and 3 are adapted studios, specially designed and prioritized for students with reduced mobility requirements. Evidence of your situation and needs for an adaptable studio will be requested upon booking.
