Our residents are an eclectic mix of students from all around the world. Each and every one of them is unique, with different needs and ambitions. We always strive to build and maintain a personal connection to make everyone feel at home. We do this by offering personalized services, such as a duty manager at each location who knows the students by name and a back-office team that is always happy to help.

The students’ vibrant energy makes Student Experience a great place to live. We understand that the best communities are built by those who inhabit them, so we provide an environment that's open for collaboration. Together with the students, we organize events that foster development, enjoyment, and community.
From Co-Study Sessions and skill masterclasses for those who want to learn to rooftop sports and Rooftop Movie Nights for those who want to relax, and much, much more. These monthly events are great opportunities to learn, study, make friends, and have fun!

In our commitment to excellence, our front and back-office teams promptly respond to any of the students’ requests, whether it's for a maintenance request or social talk. We have Dutch, English, and Spanish-speaking team members on board to assist a larger audience properly.
