Celebrate the opening of Student Experience Granada with our special Opening Deal! If you stay with us for 5 months or longer during the academic year 24/25, you can enjoy a reduced rate of €695 per month.

1. Opening Deal details 

  • Students who book a studio with us at Student Experience Granada will save € 100 on their monthly rent of € 795, making the monthly rental price € 695. 
  • This Opening Deal is valid for a limited time only and is subject to availability.  
  • The monthly rent does not apply to the deposit and reservation fee, the meal plan, and the use of the laundromat.  

2. Eligibility 

  • The Opening Deal is valid from July 1, 2024.  
  • The Opening Deal is valid for students who sign a contract with a minimum duration of 5 months.  
  • The Opening Deal is valid for the academic year 2024/2025 with a maximum of 12 months.  
  • The Opening Deal is available for your first booking or contract. Should you extend your contract, the regular price at that time applies.

3. Booking and payment  

  • To benefit from this promotion, the rental contract must be signed, and the first month's payment should be completed. 
  • The first month's payment includes a security deposit of € 1000 and a reservation fee of € 50. These are to be paid within the first month's payment transfer.  

4. Duration and extension 

  • The rental price of the Opening Deal of € 695 per month is valid for the initial rental period agreed upon at the time of signing.   
  • The Opening Deal is valid for the academic year 2024/2025 with a maximum of 12 months. 
  • After the initial rental period, the monthly rent will revert to the regular price at that time, unless otherwise agreed in writing.  

5. Termination and cancellation 

  • Early termination of the rental contract by the tenant will result in the forfeiture of the reduced price for the entire lease period. 
  • If the rental contract is canceled before the start date, our cancellation policy applies. Please view the cancellation policy at studentexperience.com. 

6. Other conditions 

  • The Opening Deal can be combined with the Referral Program of 2024. It cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers.  
  • The management reserves the right to modify or terminate the Opening Deal at any time without prior notice, including but not limited to technical issues, fraud, or force majeure events. 
  • In case of any dispute, the decision of Student Experience Management will be final.
