Student Experience launches its new location in Granada with a First Brick Ceremony

To announce the start of building of its new project in Granada, Student Experience held a First Brick Ceremony on September 28, 2022 at the site of the construction.

The event was attended by the city mayor Francisco Cuenca, Johan Verweij, the CEO of Student Experience, Manuel Garcia Alconchel from construction company Acciona, and the local partners Francisco Martinez and Rafael Soler from the architect company Martinez y Soler. The representatives welcomed the development to Granada by giving short speeches and introducing the project details. To commemorate the moment, a time capsule with project memorabilia and the newspaper of the day was buried on the construction site.

Student Experience Granada

Student Experience Granada is the second international location of Student Experience. The complex will be built on Parque Tecnológico de La Salud, Granada's hub for life and health sciences and technology. The residence will offer 520 fully furnished studios featuring a private bathroom and a coffee corner, catering to both local and international students. The construction is planned to be completed in early 2024.

The brand-new complex in Granada will offer high-quality services and facilities designed to provide the students with maximum comfort and a safe, friendly environment where they can fully focus on their studies while enjoying the student life. The residence will feature a swimming pool and a private gym, a multifunctional lounge with study areas, a signature paddle court on the roof, a self-service laundromat and a private dining room. Just like at all the other locations, the Student Experience team will be available 24/7. The company’s focus on sustainability is implemented via green terraces, sedum planting and over 300 m2 of solar panels.
