If the student is under 18, they need permission from a parent or guardian to enter into the contract. From the age of 18, they can enter into a contract by themselves and must sign the contract.  

When it comes to rent payments, students can choose from several options, such as direct debit, manual transfer, or online payment via the service portal. Payments can come from any bank account, as long as the student number is included in the transfer; this helps us correctly assign the payment. 

The service portal is accessed through a personal login. If students wish to share information about their contract or payments, they may share their login details with a parent or caregiver at their own discretion. 

The students must book a studio themselves. It’s not possible to book a studio on behalf of someone else. 

Students must use their own personal information when registering. The details provided during the booking process will be used to create the rental contract. If the person checking in does not match the registered details, or if the booking was made for someone who is not a student, we may not be able to complete the contract or allow check-in. 

However, you're welcome to book together with your child. Just make sure they create their own account and sign the contract personally. 

Our student residence is professionally managed with trained staff.  

A duty manager is on shift during the day (6 AM—10 PM) 7 days a week to help you with anything you need. If they’re not at reception, they’re around the complex doing maintenance and regular checks. In case they need them, students can call their phones using the number found at reception.  

Every night (10 PM—6 AM), a security guard is on site to ensure the complex's safety and security.  

Students can contact our back-office team between 9 AM and 5 PM Monday through Friday for individual assistance with contracts, payments, etc. 

Additionally, our marketing team is on-site, organizing monthly events and meetups.  

Of course, you're welcome to visit your child at the complex! Would you like to stay overnight? You can book a separate studio, subject to availability.

If the studio has any defects or maintenance issues, the students can submit a request through the service portal. This allows the duty manager to schedule a convenient time to resolve the problem. 

For urgent matters, duty managers are available on-site during the day and can assist directly.

While this is not a party residence, students have plenty of fun. Our focus is on helping students build genuine connections, develop healthy routines, explore personal interests and hobbies, and develop essential life skills alongside their studies.  

We encourage students to express themselves and make the most of their experience here. However, the duty manager will address any behavior that doesn't align with our house rules to ensure the comfort and safety of all residents.
