Refer a Friend Program Granada.

Want to start your student life in Granada with a friend by your side? Or do you already live with us and want your friends to feel at home from day one?

To help new students enjoy every moment of their stay, Student Experience is excited to introduce the Refer a Friend Program in Granada.

In these terms and conditions, the person making the referral will be defined as “the referrer”. The referred student will be defined as “the friend.”

1. Program overview 

The Refer a Friend Program rewards eligible referrers who refer a friend to book accommodation at Student Experience Granada.

The referrer may be either:

  • A current resident of Student Experience Granada; or
  • A student who has not yet booked accommodation at Student Experience Granada, but who books accommodation and refers a friend who also books accommodation at Student Experience Granada.

The program is valid only for new bookings with a minimum stay of more than nine (9) months.

If a referrer successfully completes more than ten (10) referrals, they will be entitled to a FREE 10-month accommodation-only contract, subject to availability and internal approval.

The referrer will receive a €500 gift card for each referred friend who successfully formalizes a qualifying reservation, in accordance with Section 3.

The referred friend does not receive any gift card or reward.

2. Validity period 

  • The Refer a Friend Program is valid from January 2026 until September 2026.

  • Referral applications made before or after this period will not be considered.
  • The program is subject to availability at Student Experience Granada.

3. Eligibility  

The Refer a Friend Program is open to:

  • Current residents of Student Experience Granada; and
  • Students who have not yet booked accommodation at Student Experience Granada, but who complete their own booking and refer a friend who also completes a booking at Student Experience Granada.

For students who have not yet booked, the reward will only apply if both the referrer and the friend successfully formalize their qualifying reservations.

A referral is considered successful once the friend has:

  • Signed the accommodation agreement;
  • Completed all required payments;
  • Checked in at Student Experience Granada.

The friend must be a new customer and must not currently reside at, nor have previously resided at, any Student Experience residence.

4. Rewards 

The referrer will receive a €500 gift card per successfully referred friend.

Gift cards will be issued after the friend has checked in and distributed in the month following check-in.

For referrers who have not yet booked at the moment of referral, the gift card will only be issued once both the referrer and the friend have signed their accommodation agreements, completed all required payments, and checked in at Student Experience Granada.

The referrer will be notified by email once the reward is approved.

5. Conditions of the campaign 

  • The Refer a Friend Program is valid only for new bookings during the academic year with a minimum stay of nine (9) months.

  • Bookings must be made directly with Student Experience.
  • Bookings made through agents or third-party intermediaries are not eligible.
  • A referrer may not exceed the maximum referral limit stated in Section 1.

6. Referral process 

The referrer or the friend must email info@studentexperience.com within seven (7) days of completing the booking.
The email subject line must include: “Refer a Friend 2026/2027”.
The email must include the following details for both the referrer and the friend:

  • Name and surname
  • Email address
  • Address at Student Experience Granada, once available

Referrals that do not follow the procedure outlined above will not be accepted.

7. Availability  

  • This Refer a Friend Program is subject to accommodation availability at Student Experience Granada.

  • Participation does not guarantee availability or acceptance of the referral.

8. Changes to the campaign 

  • Student Experience reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Refer a Friend Program, as well as these terms and conditions and/or rewards, at any time and without prior notice. 

9. Decision Authority 

  • All decisions relating to the interpretation and application of this campaign shall be final and binding, as determined by Student Experience management.

10. Acceptance of Terms 

  • Participation in this promotion implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.

  • Individual cases may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

11. Complaints Period 

  • Student Experience reserves the right to resolve any disputes related to this campaign at its sole discretion.

Following current regulations on personal data protection, participants, both the referrer and their friend, in this promotion are informed that their personal data required to participate in this promotion will be processed by the entity with which the participant establishes their contractual relationship.

The data will be processed for managing the booking, communicating relevant information, and complying with legal obligations.

Personal data will be retained for the duration of the contractual relationship and as required by applicable law.

Submitting a request to participate in the promotion implies expressly accepting all terms and conditions.
