1. Offer details
This Tuition Offer promotion offers the student a discount equivalent to the cost of their annual university tuition fee, up to a maximum of € 1.000, on their studio booking.
This Offer is exclusively available at Student Experience Granada.
The Offer is available for a limited time only and applies to eligible bookings completed between September 3, 2026, and September 10, 2026.
The Offer is subject to limited availability and may end sooner if fully claimed.
2. Eligibility
The Offer is valid for students only.
All Student Experience studios are exclusively available for students aged 16 years or older. Students aged 16 or 17 must have permission from a parent or guardian.
Eligible students must be registered at an educational institution in Spain or abroad for a study program, internship, Ph.D., or similar educational activity.
3. Booking and availability
The Offer applies exclusively to bookings made through the Student Experience website.
The Offer is valid for contracts with a minimum duration of 9 months.
The Offer is valid for private studios under the service type Signature, or Prestige.
The Offer is subject to availability. Limited availability for bookings under this offer. The Offer is allocated on a ‘first come, first serve’ basis.
Bookings must be made within the validity period. Bookings made before or after this date will not be considered for the promotion.
The booking must be finalized within the validity period, which requires completing the down payment and signing the contract during the application.
4. Terms of use
To participate in the Offer, the student must use the promotional code MATRICULA during the online booking process.
The student must upload either the official proof of payment or the official tuition fee invoice issued by the university during the "Additional Documents" step of the online application. Student Experience may request additional supporting documentation if necessary.
The Offer applies only to the official university tuition fee ("matrícula") and excludes any administrative fees, late payment charges, insurance, accommodation costs, or any other non-tuition expenses.
Student Experience reserves the right to verify the authenticity of all submitted documents. If any document is found to be altered, manipulated, falsified, or otherwise fraudulent, the student will become immediately ineligible for the Offer. Student Experience also reserves the right to recover any discount already granted.
The discount will be equal to the official tuition fee shown on the approved documentation, up to a maximum of € 1.000. If the tuition fee is lower than € 1.000, the discount will be limited to the actual tuition fee paid. No remaining balance will be paid out in cash or credited in any other form.
The approved amount will be deducted from the studio price due during the first month or months of the student's stay. The discount does not apply to the deposit, which must be paid in full.
The Offer cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another person, or replaced with another benefit.
The Offer cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, campaign, referral reward, voucher, or special offer provided by Student Experience.
By participating in the Offer, the student agrees to these Terms and Conditions. Any exceptional circumstances will be reviewed individually by Student Experience.
5. Modifications and cancellation
If the student cancels the contract before the agreed start date, the regular cancellation policy applies, and the € 1.000 discount will no longer apply.
If the student cancels the contract after the agreed start date, the regular cancellation policy applies. Any part of the € 1.000 discount already applied to the student’s rent will be added to the final invoice and must be repaid in full.
The regular cancellation policy applies to studio bookings.
6. Availability
This offer is subject to availability at Student Experience Granada. Student Experience reserves the right to modify or terminate the offer at any time without prior notice.
7. Changes to the campaign
Student Experience reserves the right to make changes to the offer and/or the terms and conditions, at any time and for any reason without prior notice.
8. Decision authority
Decisions regarding all matters relating to this campaign shall be final and binding by the Student Experience management.

10. Data protection
Following current regulations on personal data protection, participants in this offer are informed that their personal data required to participate in this offer will be processed by the entity with which the resident has established their contractual relationship.
The data will be processed to manage the booking, communicate relevant information, and comply with legal obligations.
Personal data will be retained for the duration of the contractual relationship and as required by applicable law.
Submitting a request to participate in the offer implies expressly accepting all terms and conditions.
