Your studio is fully furnished for your comfort. All you have to do is unpack your suitcase! 

Below, you’ll find all studio types, sizes, prices, and floor plans so you can check out what your studio looks like and which furniture items are included. You can find the floorplan of the whole complex here and see an overview of the studio types here.

Studio prices

**These studios are prioritized for students over 18 and under 23.

The price includes: 

• 27/4 access with an electronic card.
• Access to the facilities: lounges, game corner, cinema room, private dining room, study rooms, and other common areas. 
• Access to events organized on location.

Prices may be adjusted annually, and you will always be informed of any changes in advance.

Other fees 

The deposit is € 800 or € 1100, depending on the studio type. When signing your contract, you must pay the deposit together with the first month's payment.  

Service charges are € 195 per month, including heating, electricity, water, and internet. Costs for furniture of € 70 per month are included in the service charges.

Other fees that are not included in the monthly price:  

• Municipal taxes
• Costs for washing and drying 
• Parking fees (parking can be requested by emailing info@studentexperience.com)

Housing allowance

Are you younger than 21?
200 studios at this location are prioritized for students over 18 and under 21. These studios have a basic rent (rental price excluding service charges) below the maximum so that you can request a housing allowance. You can check this here. In the list above, these studio types are marked with *.
