Your studio is unfurnished, so you can let your creativity run wild and decorate it however you like. A private kitchen and bathroom are provided for your convenience.

Below, you’ll find all studio types, sizes, prices, and floor plans so you can check out what your studio looks like. You can find the floorplan of the whole complex here.

Studio prices

The price includes: 

• 27/4 access with an electronic card and studio key.
• Access to the facilities: lounge, rooftop sports field, private dining room, study room, and other common areas. 
• Access to events organized on location.

Prices may be adjusted annually, and you will always be informed of any changes in advance.

Other fees

The deposit is € 1120. When signing your contract, you must pay the deposit together with the first month's payment. 

The service costs are approximately € 155 per month, excluding the costs for heat and hot water, which are about € 75 - € 90 per month. For the supply of heat and hot water, a contract must be concluded with the designated external party, Eteck.

Other fees that are not included in the monthly price:  

• Municipal taxes
• Costs for washing and drying 

Housing allowance

Are you 23 years or older? Then you can apply for housing allowance. Whether you are entitled to this depends on your income.
