Meal plan deal

In these terms and conditions, the 'Meal plan deal’ offer will be defined as ‘The Offer.’ The person who reserves a studio using the Meal plan deal’ offer will be referred to as ‘The Student'.

1. Offer details

The ‘Meal Plan Deal’ offers a discounted price on full board or half board meal plans as an optional add-on for studio bookings made through our website.

The discounted price for a half board is € 150 per month (regular price: € 295)

The discounted price for a full board is € 200 per month (regular price € 399)

This Offer is exclusively available at Student Experience Granada.

The Offer is available for a limited time only and applies to bookings completed between June 29, 2026 at 10 AM and July 31, 2026 at 5 PM. The Offer is subject to limited availability and may end sooner if fully claimed.

2. Eligibility

The Offer is valid for students only.

All Student Experience studios are exclusively available for students aged 16 years or older. Students aged 16 or 17 must have permission from a parent or guardian.

Eligible students must be registered at an educational institution in Spain or abroad for a study program, internship, Ph.D., or similar educational activity.

3. Booking and availability

The Offer applies exclusively to bookings made through the Student Experience website.

The Offer is valid for contracts with a minimum duration of 9 months.

The Offer is valid for Signature and Prestige studios.

This Offer cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, or special offer.

The offer is only applicable for full calendar months. If a contract begins or ends on the 15th of the month, the entire month will be charged for the selected meal plan.

The Offer is subject to availability. Limited availability for bookings under this offer. The Offer is allocated on a ‘first come, first serve’ basis.

Bookings must be made within the validity period. Bookings made before or after this date will not be considered for the promotion.

The booking must be finalized within the validity period, which requires completing the down payment and signing the contract during the application.

4. Terms of use

Upon booking a studio in the studio selector, the Student may choose their board of preference (full board, half board, or none).

The Offer cannot be exchanged for cash or any other benefit.

Participants in this offer must accept all the terms and conditions of this campaign. Individual cases will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.

5. Modifications and cancellation

If the Offer is accepted, the Student commits to keeping the meal plan for the full duration of the contract or until August 31, 2027 – whichever comes first.

Modifications to the selected meal plan (full board or half board) during the validity period are only possible upon availability.

If modifications are requested after the validity period, regular prices and conditions apply. The discounted price will no longer be applicable, and upgrading or downgrading the meal plan under the promotional price will not be possible.

The regular modification and cancellation policy applies to meal plans. Changes are allowed once per calendar year. Once the first full month of the meal plan has passed, cancellation is not possible. Please refer to our cancellation and modification policy for meal plans for full details.

The regular cancellation policy applies to studio bookings.

6. Availability

This offer is subject to availability at Student Experience Granada. Student Experience reserves the right to modify or terminate the offer at any time without prior notice.

7. Changes to the campaign

Student Experience reserves the right to make changes to the offer and/or the terms and conditions, at any time and for any reason without prior notice.

8. Decision authority

Decisions regarding all matters relating to this campaign shall be final and binding by the Student Experience management.
