Student Experience Granada studios are all 17m2 and come fully furnished with a private kitchen and bathroom. The studio height is approximately 275.

Adapted studios of up to 21.3 m² are available for students with reduced mobility. These studios are not visible in the studio selector but can be requested during the booking process by indicating that you have reduced mobility.

At this location, you are provided with a fully furnished studio. The studio is furnished for your comfort with the following:

• A countertop with a cooking hob and sink 
• Cabinets providing ample storage space

• Trash bin 

The bathroom includes: 

• A wash basin with mirror 
• Shower 
• Toilet 
• 4 big towels, 2 hand towels, and 2 bath mats.  
• Two toilet rolls are provided on arrival. These will not be replaced 

Each studio includes one key card per person for secure access and to activate electricity, ensuring controlled usage.

Hanging items on the wall or drilling into it is not allowed. If you'd like to bring a memento from home, consider a photo frame you can place on a surface.

To be eligible to stay at this location, you must be enrolled at an educational institution in Spain or abroad. This can be for a study program, an internship, or a Ph.D., for example.

To register at your new address, you can choose between online or in-person options: 

• Online: Follow the steps on Granada’s city hall website. You’ll need a digital certificate from FNMT, a virtual ID, or a permanent Cl@ve (digital authentication tool).
• In-person: Schedule an appointment here.

For an overview of all studio prices, please check this page. The monthly fee covers VAT, electricity, water, Wi-Fi, and municipal taxes, 24/7 security and cleaning services. This also provides access to facilities such as the gym, rooftop padel court, study rooms, swimming pool, and more.

Not included: 

• Meal plan or individual meals 
• Costs for washing and drying 

Other fees:

• Down payment: € 100 (to be paid upon booking)
• Deposit: € 1000 for private studios, € 600 p/p for shared studios
• Reservation fee: € 50 per person

The deposit and reservation fee must be paid together with the first month’s rent in your first transfer. The down payment will then be deducted from the total amount of the first month’s rent.

The complex features a DO EAT! restaurant. After selecting your studio, you can choose one of the meal plan options: full board, half board, or no meal plan.

A cleaning service of your studio is included in your monthly fee. The frequency depends on your selected service package: 

• Essential & Shared: once every month
• Signature: once every two weeks
• Prestige: once every week

The cleaning includes general cleaning of the floor, surfaces, and bathroom. Towels and linens are also replaced during each cleaning.

If you're staying at Student Experience, you can use the parking upon availability. Costs for parking depend on your selected service package:

• Essential & shared: € 50 /month
• Signature: included in price
• Prestige: included in price

You have signed a contract to live at Student Experience, but you changed your mind or cannot move in due to special circumstances. The cancellation policy depends on the situation, you can find more details below.

You need a compelling reason to terminate your contract early. Examples of this are: you have been declined from your studies or cannot come to Spain anymore. In order to process a request for early termination of your contract, we need proof. The proof is, for example, a rejection letter from your educational institution.  

If you want to terminate your contract > 30 days before the start date of your contract and you have a compelling reason with supporting proof, you may cancel without having to pay the charges included in the first month’s payment (studio fee, deposit, and reservation fee). Please note that the down payment made to reserve your studio is non-refundable.

If you want to terminate the contract earlier than the contract end date, this will only be possible if you have a compelling reason and valid proof for it. A compelling reason typically refers to an unforeseen situation beyond the resident’s control.  

Upon approval, a one-month (30 days) notice period applies. This means that you will be allowed to stay in the complex for one month after the date on which you submitted the application. You will be charged an early termination fee of € 990, along with the payment of the studio fee until the new end date. The deposit will be refunded in accordance with your contract. Please note that the down payment made to reserve your studio is non-refundable. 
 
You can find someone to take over the agreement under the same conditions to avoid the early termination fee. The takeover process will incur an administration fee of € 250. 
 
If the early termination request is not approved, you must pay the studio fee until the end of the contract. For the complete cancellation policy, refer to the contract and general terms and conditions.
