Study conditions 

You must be enrolled at an educational institution in the Netherlands or abroad. Your stay in the Netherlands must be temporary, with a maximum duration of one year. You need a permanent address outside the Netherlands and hold a foreign nationality. Eligible purposes include a study program, internship, or PhD research. 

Studio overview 

Studios with special exposure, such as a unique view or terrace access, or located on floor 5-8. Each studio is fully furnished and includes a private kitchen and bathroom. You’ll receive a key tag for secure access and to activate electricity. No moving van needed: everything is ready for you when you arrive. 

What’s included in your monthly fee 

Your monthly fee covers VAT, electricity, water, internet, municipal taxes, and bi-weekly cleaning of the studio. It also includes access to shared facilities such as the gym, rooftop sports field, study rooms, lounges, and more.

• Brand-new bathroom set including 2 towels, 2 guest towels, 2 wash cloths, 1 bathmat and a shower package, which are yours to keep. 
• On arrival: 1 toilet roll provided (not replaced)
