To be eligible to stay at this location, you must be enrolled at an educational institution in Spain or abroad. This can be for a study program, an internship, or a Ph.D., for example.

Our shared, fully furnished studios are perfect for students who love connection, convenience, and keeping it budget-friendly. Whether you're moving in with a friend or meeting a new roommate, you'll get to enjoy comfortable spaces designed to inspire friendships. 

Each studio is fully furnished and includes a private kitchen and bathroom. You’ll receive a key card for secure access and to activate electricity. No moving van needed: everything is ready for you when you arrive. 

What’s included in your monthly fee?

Your monthly fee covers VAT, electricity, water, internet, municipal taxes, and monthly cleaning of the studio, including refreshing of towels and linen. It also includes access to shared facilities such as the gym, rooftop padel court, study rooms, swimming pool, and more.
