Study conditions 

To be eligible to stay at this location, you must be enrolled at an educational institution in Spain or abroad. This can be for a study program, an internship, or a Ph.D., for example. 

Studio overview 

Each studio is fully furnished and includes a private kitchen and bathroom. You’ll receive a key card for secure access and to activate electricity. No moving van needed: everything is ready for you when you arrive. 

What’s included in your monthly fee?

Your monthly fee covers VAT, electricity, water, internet, municipal taxes, an assigned parking spot, 4 x monthly laundromat vouchers for washing and drying, and weekly cleaning of the studio, including refreshing of towels and linen. It also includes access to shared facilities such as the gym, rooftop padel court, study rooms, swimming pool, and more. On top of that, you’ll receive a kettle, microwave, kitchen & bathroom essentials packages, and a welcome kit, so you’re set up from day one.
